What Is Insurance Agents of Tampa Bay (IATB)?

Founded in 1963, IATB is a vibrant community of insurance professionals across the Tampa Bay region and surrounding areas. Our mission is simple: connect, educate, and elevate the local insurance industry through dynamic events, continuing education opportunities, and meaningful partnerships. Whether you’re new to the industry or a seasoned pro, IATB provides the platform to build relationships, stay informed, and have fun doing it.

We’re proud to host monthly networking events, CE classes, community involvement, and updates on key industry changes, all with the goal of bringing our insurance community together.

How Much Does It Cost to Join?

IATB offers flexible membership plans for individual agents, entire agencies, and industry partners:

  • Single Agent Membership: $125 per year
    • $75 for each additional agent added from your agency
  • Agency Membership: $375 per year
    • Extend membership benefits to 5 or more employee at your agency
  • Associate/Carrier/Vendor Membership: $450 per year
    • 5 employees enjoy membership benefits per event

 Due are pro-rated monthly if you join after September 1st.

Our membership runs from September 1st through August 31st.

The Agency I Work For Is Not A Member But I Would Like To Join, Can I Join As An Individual?

Yes, you can! Our individual membership option allows you to join IATB and attend all of our events at the discounted rate.
